From weathered wood to composite decking.

The original wood deck and the completed composite update, photographed at the same home. The change brings the decking, railings, and stairs into one consistent finish.

What changed.

The original photo shows weathered wood boards, wood railings, and lattice beneath the edge. The finished photo shows composite decking, black railings, coordinated stair finishes, and a finished outer edge.

The railings change the view from the yard as much as the decking does. Looking at the surface, railings, and stairs together gives a clearer sense of the result than choosing each material on its own.

Use the photos to plan your scope.

For your own project, decide which parts of the existing deck you want to keep and which need to change. A board replacement and a full deck update can involve very different work. We review the existing structure and discuss those choices before pricing the scope.
