Interior trim and finishing details.
Baseboards, door and window casing, and transitions between materials shape the way a room comes together. We discuss the existing trim, the look you want, and whether the new work should match what is already in the home or introduce a different style.
Wainscoting and decorative walls.
Board-and-batten layouts and picture-frame moulding can add detail to an entryway, dining room, or living space. A good layout considers the whole wall: doors, windows, outlets, furniture, and the height of the room. Send a photo of your wall and an example of the style you like so we can discuss the installation.
We work through spacing, trim profiles, corners, and how the design ends at adjacent surfaces. Material selection and responsibility for preparation, caulking, priming, and painting are confirmed in the scope.
Finish an existing project.
If a room has new drywall or flooring but still needs the carpentry finished, show us what remains. Photos of doorways, corners, and changes in floor height help explain the details. For a larger room update, see our interior remodeling services.
What affects the price?
- Total wall length and the number of doors, windows, and corners.
- Trim material, profile, and whether an existing style must be matched.
- The condition of the walls and existing trim.
- Removal, surface preparation, and finishing responsibilities.
- The complexity of the layout and connections between materials.
Start with photos and measurements.
Send your town, photos of the room, approximate wall lengths and height, and a reference image if you have one. Let us know whether you want paint-grade or stained wood and whether the work is part of a larger renovation.
